Research: GEM led a research project, which included a survey to employees and focus groups to gauge attitudes and perceptions of their employer, the interview and intake process, and current quality of life. GEM developed all survey questions and conducted all interviews. A full research report was provided to the client.
Updated job descriptions: We also updated job descriptions with more consumer-friendly language promoting the qualities of this employer more effectively.
The Art of the Possible Video: As part of ongoing marketing efforts, four video pieces were produced to uniquely target college interns, college graduates, mid-level professionals, and internal engineering employees. Interviews with members of each of these audiences helped to captivate the heart of engineering at this company.
