Opportunity: The Men of Christ Conference is held in Milwaukee each year, and is the largest of its kind in the nation. The goal is to reach men in their spiritual journey and use this pivotal event as a way to draw them closer to Christ. GEM was called upon to produce a series of videos with men giving their witness story.
Here’s how we helped:
Man-to-Man Video Series: We interviewed about a dozen men who spoke about their walk with Christ, which included topics on wayward paths, marriage struggles, addictions and more. These men of all ages and stages of life shared how finding the Men of Christ Conference changed their lives.
Priests on Confession Video: A key component to the conference is a heightened promotion on repentance and the Sacrament of Reconciliation. These priests spoke about the need for more priests to hear confessions and the fruitfulness of this labor.
Promotion of Local Men’s Groups: In order for the conference to bear lasting fruit, it’s important for men’s groups to flourish at local parishes. We developed a “how to” video for men to form a men’s group. This included interviews with those who’ve been successful in the start of their own men’s group.
