New approach: New parishioner orientation changed from twice per month to every weekend.
Brand Development: “Come Follow Me” was the scriptural theme used along with three main descriptors: Who we are (Disciples of Christ); What we do (Make and Grow Disciples); and How we do it (Love God and Neighbor).
New Materials: A professional written and designed folder was developed that is now used to onboard every family.
Results: New membership progressively increased in two years; positive feedback from new parishioners on joining the parish.
