New brand: “We’re There When Life Happens” – which provided a more personal and conversational approach to clients. Colors were vibrant and use of life-events imagery was used in order to make greater connections with prospective clients.
New web site: Brand capitalized on life-events as a way to bring clients into the fold. The web site also revitalized a blogging section, where partners could share real life stories and how financial consulting can help through the normal trials of life.
New Video: A very personal, family-oriented video showcasing the firm’s capabilities was produced to convey a sense of authentic caring.
New Facebook presence: Organized and methodical approach to building content. Fans increased exponentially, which ultimately has increased business significantly.
