Opportunity: A large health care company set out to improve its internal communications in its supply chain organization across 14 sites in the global network. The goal was to increase employee engagement and foster an open communications culture to drive high performance in a fiercely competitive nutrition landscape, externally.
Executive Communications: New and compelling messages were developed for leaders to disseminate to employees to provide greater focus and clarity on business goals.
Every Day, Every One newsletter: A new monthly newsletter was implemented that reached approximate 8,000 employees worldwide. The newsletter focused on ‘excellence’ as the foundation for all work, and highlighted employee accomplishments.
Quarterly video was used to showcase highlights from across the world.
A New Awards Program was developed to recognize the best and brightest across 14 sites. All aspects of the program were produced including, comprehensive profile book, communications related to event, subsequent video and newsletter.
